Our restaurant is open, on request, every day for any event, such as business lunch/dinner, romantic dinner, moments to spend with the family, wedding or other particular occasions. Our restaurant suggests dishes of the tradition; the typical specilities of Langhe and Monferrato Hills, enriched with a creativity touch.

Our philosophy and goal is to mix tradition,  chef's innovative personal research, and local raw materials (Km0), all enriched with passion;  remembering that  simplicity is the important principle, in order to bring out the flavour of our products.

All raw materialst are daily and carefully selected directly by our chef and taken from local farms: cold cuts and Piedmont's Fassone  meat from Cascina Stella, biological flours from Mulino Marino, fruit and vegetables from Scarrone's Farm. Our specialities will be combined with the excellent local wines, such as Barbera d'Asti, Brachetto d'Acqui, Nebbiolo and Moscato d'Asti, all big names that make Piedmont world famous. In the right season, you will find also meals containing mushrooms and the valuable truffle.
