WINE AND FOOD

Our area is a real "Bacchus Paradise" from our vineyards, that stretch out as far as the eye can see and where at the end of august you begin to breathe the heady scent of the ripe graves, we produce the best-known Piedmont wines starting from Moscato from which we produce Asti DOCG and Moscato d'Asti DOCG, and a wide range of other good wines as Brachetto d'Acqui Spumante DOCG, Piemonte Chardonnay, Cortese dell'Alto Monferrato, Barbera d'Asti, Barbera del Monferrato, Dolcetto d'Asti, Freisa d'Asti, Grignolino d'Asti. Our guests will have the possibility to make wine tasting or buy some bottles from our historical cellars and wine shops.
Side by side to the wines we have the same richness in food that you will appreciate from our first-rate local products as: the truffle; the "bagna cauda"; the "farinata" called "belecauda" in Nizza's dialect; the Nizza Monferrato bend thistle; the Valtiglione artichoke; the Vinchio saracen asparagus; the typical boiled meat; the sweet grape pickles called "cognà"; the Langhe round hazelnut; the acacia, dandelion and chestnut honey; the Roccaverano soft cheese Robiola; the Mombaruzzo amaretti; the S. Marzano Oliveto "goddess" apple.
At your arrival we will provide all the information required: places where it will be possible to buy the wines and the listed products, we will give you some suggestions about wine cellars and guided tours.

In our Agriturismo it will be possible to reserve dinners for groups. We have connections with the best renowned restaurants as well as with the local typical ones that serve dishes from our tradition (as the "farinata").

This year we will start to offer a fixed service of half board on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. For the other weekly days, it will be possible to organize the service advance reservation.
In option, we will make for you reservations in all of the best restaurants of the area choosing between a wide range of offers: from the historical pizzeria, where you will eat the well-known "BELECAUDA", to the wineries, to the main high-level restaurants.
WE WILL ORGANIZE COOKING LESSONS OR WINE TASTING WITH THE POSSIBILITY TO PLAN THEM ACCORDING TO YOUR SPECIFIC REQUESTS.
