Every evening you will find a menu designed to make you feel at home, with traditional Piedmontese dishes, light and seasonal proposals, and a few dishes of the day that change according to the chef’s inspiration and the availability of fresh ingredients. Service is available every evening, except Wednesdays, with last service at 9.30 p.m. In order to organise ourselves as best we can, we ask you to reserve your table before 10 a.m. On Wednesdays, when the restaurant is closed, you can count on a selection of partner restaurants in the surrounding area to provide the service, carefully chosen and within easy reach on foot or by car.
