every week, all season long
Some people look for total relaxation on holiday, others want to move and explore, and some can’t choose between nature, flavor and well-being — because they want a little of everything… And who could blame them?
Here at La Romana, we’ve created a few weekly activities for our guests to enjoy during the summer season. They enhance the wide range of experiences available throughout the year in and around the estate.
Why not greet the sun with a yoga session among the vineyards, cycle through the hills, toast at sunset by the lake, or learn how to make traditional plin pasta during your stay?
Our wide-open spaces, peaceful lake and the landscape surrounding the estate allow us to organize simple yet special activities in a unique setting that makes us fall in love with this place every day.
Yoga time!
Every Tuesday from 5:30 to 6:30 pm, at Tenuta La Romana, there’s a special appointment for those who want to relax, move, and reconnect with themselves: a Vinyasa Yoga class surrounded by peaceful greenery.
It’s a dynamic practice, where breath and movement come together in a flowing sequence — perfect for those seeking balance and wellness, even beginners. Never tried it before? Great! This could be your chance to discover a new way to take care of yourself.
Free for all guests, booking required by the day before. Namaste!
Aperilake
Every Wednesday from 5:30 pm, join us at Tenuta La Romana for a special experience inside our natural reserve: Aperilake.
What to expect? A selection of appetizers paired with a glass of wine or a cocktail, served by the lake, where time slows down and nature provides the perfect backdrop for a moment of pure relaxation — just for you and your partner, or your family!
If you love fishing, you can rent equipment on-site and try no-kill fishing with the help of a specialized guide (€15.00).
The lake is open from Monday to Friday starting at 5:30 pm, and all day on weekends. Fishing costs €15.00 on weekdays and €20.00 on weekends.
Aperilake costs €20.00 per person and must be booked at least one day in advance.
Cooking class
Hands in the dough! Every Thursday from 5:30 pm, the estate turns into a real cooking school with a fresh pasta class in collaboration with Raviolificio Risso from Costigliole d’Asti. Gnocchi, tagliatelle, ravioli… we knead, roll, cut and cook, guided by those who truly know the local culinary tradition.
Afterwards, everyone gathers for a shared dinner featuring appetizers, pasta with your choice of sauces, dessert, water and coffee.
The cost is €90 per person (€70 for children aged 3 to 10). The activity requires a minimum of 2 participants and must be booked at least one day in advance.
Bike tour: every Friday at sunset
Every Friday at 6:00 pm, a bike tour sets off from the estate — and it’s more than just a ride. It’s a way to explore this part of Monferrato from a new perspective, surrounded by colors and scents. The tour lasts about 90 minutes and is always guided by an expert.
The experience uses rental e-bikes and is designed to be accessible to everyone, even if you’re not in top shape. The cost is €50.00 per person and includes the bike and guide.
Advance booking is required (at least one day before) at the reception, and don’t forget to provide your height for correct bike sizing. The activity is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.
